I have bought a brand new KAMVAS PRO 16, and I have come across an cursor offset with my tablet. Apparently calibrating doesn't resolve the issue. I need some help as this is getting the best of my work. Thank you.

Hi Muhammad Umar Zamir Khan, does the offset only happen in Photoshop and Clip Studio Paint? What is your computer operating system? If you're using Windows and the offset only happens when in the said drawing programs, please change your drawing program's tablet settings to Wintab. For Clip Studio Paint, please go to: File > Preferences > Select "Tablet" > then choose Wintab. Make sure to check "Use mouse mode in setting of tablet driver" then reopen your Clip Studio Paint software.

Hi! A few days ago, I bought a Kamvas Pro 16 graphics tablet. Unfortunately, he has some problems with the position of the stylus on the screen. I followed all the tips from this page but my problem remained. The position of the cursor relative to the position of the stylus during the drawing process is shifted by 3-5mm, this is a lot! If you tilt the stylus slightly while drawing the line, the cursor lag becomes even greater. I can record a video of the process.

I tried to adjust the calibration myself, but it doesn't help. I also tried both drivers (older and newer).

This problem is not only in drawing programs.

Is there any way to solve this problem?

  •  Hi, I just recently purchased a Kamvas Pro 16 and am also having issues with cursor offset. Sometimes it's minor, other times it's pretty noticeable making it difficult to draw. I've tried calibrating it, I have my tablet set as the main screen. It happens in all the programs I use, and is pretty bad when it's close to the edges, pretty much where all my tools are, so I end up pressing the wrong tool a lot of times.

    Please help, thank you.

Hi Gavin, I'm sorry to know about your calibration issue. May I know your computer's operating system and the version of the tablet driver you've installed? Is it the same in all of your drawing or non-drawing programs?

    Please try the following steps:

    1. Uninstall and reinstall the tablet driver, making sure that your tablet is not connected to your computer as you install the driver.
    2. Uninstall the tablet driver, unplug your tablet from your computer, then plug it back in and test whether you still have the calibration issue even without the driver.
    3. After reinstalling the driver, restore your tablet's calibration to default and see if it will fix the issue.
    4. If you are using a Windows computer, go to your Display settings and make sure that your display scaling is at 100% in all of your screens and the proper resolution is used which is 1920x1080.

Hi, im having the same problem as Olga at the top wherein it has 3-5mm space between my cursor and my stylus. I have sent an email but i want to know if its possible to fix it right away or if it was solved easily without needing to bring it back or something. And my additional problem that i was having is that it worked on clip studio wherein i got to extend my screen and draw on the tablet while the other monitor is open but it couldnt work on other apps such as paint tool sai, photoshop and sketchbook? Any tips to make it work to other apps?

    Thank you so much
